I recently visited this restaurant and was greeted by a friendly young man at the register. Unfortunately, my experience went downhill from there. I ordered a bagel toasted dark, but it came out barely toasted. While it may seem like a small issue, I can't stand bagels that are doughy. View all feedback.

We have consistently had a negative experience every time we visit this restaurant (I'm not sure why we continue to return). The surfaces are never clean and the food is of poor quality. Terrible place to eat. Most menu items were unavailable, the soup was suspiciously similar to Progresso canned soup, the steak and cheese sandwich (all that was available but not on wheat bread) was tiny, and last but not least, there was no ice available in the lobby at the drink station. Awful and pricey, never going back.
The worst restaurant around. Not even the worst panera. I’m not kidding this when I say they have never once gotten my order correct. This is the 6th time in a row they have forgotten either my soup, my sandwich, or something else that I’ve ordered. And then they tell me that I have to drive all the way back there to get a refund because it is a violation of my “privacy” to give me a refund over the phone…what?! That doesn’t even make sense. So just drive 15 min back there, let my food get cold, drive 15 min back to my house just to get money back for something they didn’t give me…AGAIN! Trust me when I say this- do not go here. Don’t even get delivery from here, you will get 50% of your order and they will keep 100% of your money.
Order lunch from this location with other co-workers. When they got back to the office noticed soup was cold, sandwiches were half-sized and not full. Baguettes and bakery items were just thrown in the bag and not put in in type of container; icing was all over the utensils. When I called and explained the situation Jimmy, hung up on me and I to call back to get a refund. Horrible experience!
Visited the Newport Pavilion location today, was grossed out by the cold beverage area. The cold beverage area has dried stuff on the counter, drink dispensers looked dirty and the condiment area underneath looked dirty too. The women’s restroom needs a major cleaning. Staff was nice and food ok but I don’t think I’ll go back.
Panera always has great food and friendly employees, but this location and the one in Cold Spring have gone downhill since the pandemic. The places are downright dirty. There is always food/trash on the floor under the tables. The table was wiped down today, but the back of the booth seat was disgusting. And the soda machines are really sketchy. They are sticky and dirty on the outside so I assume the insides are less to be desired too.
