"Everything was cold. Making the Large Nacho Fries fries gross. The Bean Burrito burrito I tried with green sauce and that had to be the worst thing I had. The Chalupa Supreme was soggy and cold. Beefy Melt Burrito was ok even if it was cold. I ordered extra chicken and rice which made Chicken Enchilada Burrito the best of the bad. I have low expectations with Door Dash delivering now"

"Always a wonderful experience here. Amazing Irish fare in the heart of Newport. Perfect to visit anytime, but even better after a cold/wet day playing on the beach. Nice whiskey selection, Irish beers are available, large plates of food, you won't go home hungry. They provide a great experience all around. The meatloaf, sausage rolls, Reuben, and their Irish pies (think classic pot pies x10) have all been amazing, oh and the soda bread, could eat that every day if I had the chance."

"Why didn't I take a picture of the food?! I was too busy eating. Jumbo prawns are not fooling around. And jumbo portion. Nicely complimented by an apple slaw and steak fries. Everything nicely seasoned. Greeted, seated fast n friendly by our server, Candy. We got ice water promptly and they took our order right away. Food came out fast. Staff checked back on us twice. I thought prices were a bit high, until I saw generous portions and quality. I'll be back since first try was so good. Plus, I love the funky fish art."

"Rounding down from 4.2. Pix show the lovely, which includes a view and also a charming server. The flavors were rich enough, but for the price, and the reputation, should have been more complex, more consistently impressive, and maybe even a wee bit prettier. That carrot purée you see under the steak not withstanding, it was all super, but not mind bending, which we expected from Chef…. And from the difficulty involved in securing a reservation. The frozen mousse with the pork made an jnteresting sauce, so big points. The fish was fine, but being from LA, we are used to excellent fish. The pretty little apps were tasty, and… pretty. We enjoyed the view and the chatting, but felt a little rushed and wished we’d skipped the prix fixe chef’s choice meal as it was just a bit off the satisfaction:spend ratio."

"Got lamb gyro and fries to go. It definitely seems to be more a sit-diwn restaurant, but they got my order pretty quick. Gyro was pretty good, though fries were a little underdone and soggy when I got to them. Overall, I'd try them again if I had the time to sit but not impressed on takeout. Edit: so I came back for dine in, food was a lot better fresh. Got lamb swarma, and server brought our table some complimentary lentil soup that was very good. Service was a little slow and I still wouldn't do takeout but upgrading my rating from 3 to 4"

"Fabulous seafood! Great location right on the water with outside seat You can observe the seals while you eat! Our server was Matthew and he was informative, fast and delightful. We ate with friends and we all tried a bit of each plate and there was no single thing that was not cooked to perfection that we did not love. We will definitely visit again when we return to Newport!"
