I love Javiers food. But comfortable seating would sure go a long way to getting me to return more often. It's the only thing that stops me from giving it 5 stars straight across. Another thing, they've done a great job of not taking advantage of the Pacific Ocean being right across the street. Thats a real head scratcher. View all feedback.
