"Not cheap, but you get what you paid if not anymore. Read the menu carefully; I didn't know with my own combination option I would get miso soup salad I got a box for 2/3 of my sushi plate! Beautiful atmosphere, wonderful staff. Nice little hole in the wall!"

"I definitely want to give them a big shoutout for catering my dinner with a few hours notice. They went all out with the menu and we had so much food leftover even after everyone got a to go bag! Everyone was raving how amazing the food was. Souper Pho is definitely hands down the best Vietnamese restaurant in Hampton Roads. The food is delicious and as authentic as it can be. The owner has a lot of soul and you can tell how much he loves his restaurant and the customers."

"Really good food! Delicious! I grew up in Korea and tasted a lot like what I remembered as my favorite taste. I ordered food for a dozen people: beef bulgogi, roasted and steamed mandu, Kimbap, Japchae. It was all great. Loved the Kimchees and bean sprouts on the side. So glad this place is nearby."

"It's food.. not good food but, it's food. Bbq pulled pork looked like grey goop. It appeared they used water and a stove top to reheat older pork butt. Long wait times. Restaurant has an out dated low budget appearance. Staff could care less. Kitchen is definitely not clean. as witnessed by looking through the kitchen door as it was left propped open) won't eat there any more."
