Taco Bell is pretty good although some of the quality has gone down. They still remain a good fast food option over the burgers. The classic combo is good, and when the KFC is stacked on top of Taco Bell. It's nice to have the 2 Mountain Dew exclusives. I do wish they had more flavors of dew. What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
The woman taking orders and distributing food at the drive-thru appeared to be either in a bad mood or not interested in working that day. She was not at all pleasant and did not provide a receipt for my purchase. I was not asked if I wanted any sauce and the hard taco I received was messy and slightly broken. The one I had received during my previous visit was also soggy and broken. View all feedback.
I'm going downhill. after the last experience I am ready to continue to drive to another. the customer service is not available. I understand that every short person is, but ****. next level rude.
Hit or miss. Last time through I asked about using Samsung pay because I forgot my wallet and they claimed they don't take it. I decided to come in and show them they did and they did not seem to appreciate me informing them that in the future they could tell people yes to that question.
Horrible customer service and often forget items. But food comes out in a reasonable time.
2 pc wing and breast with Sweet Baja Lightning Blast?
The chicken was soggy, and the biscuits were cooked just above dough. On a better note, the employees are very customer service oriented. Keep the employees, and fix the food!
