Pauline's Creamery - Newquay

Wonderful bakery, so much to choose. cakes are massive and so ashamed, we did not sit, but took away and eat again in our holiday home. delicious!

As expected, the storm forced us to cancel our 5-year-old's birthday plans. In need of some fresh air and a quick meal, we decided to visit Newquay town. Pauline's creamery had a display of amazing cakes that caught our attention. They have a dining area upstairs which we took advantage of. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and they even noticed it was our son's birthday and placed a candle on his dessert while singing happy birthday. This level of customer service and attention to detail was truly appreciated. Thank you for lifting our son's spirits on such an unexpected day. I am a huge fan of their turnovers. They are not too sweet and have a light, fluffy texture that really stands out. Their scones are also fantastic – soft and yummy. When paired with clotted cream and jam, it's the perfect blend for a delightful afternoon tea. This experience has totally changed my outlook on afternoon tea – I never realized it could be this good. The service was excellent, the meal was a dine-in experience, and the price per person was between £1-10. I gave the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect score of 5.

I ordered a takeaway scone set which included two scones, two clotted creams, and a strawberry jam. It was delicious, with the scones being perfectly crumbly and moist. I will definitely be returning to this place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently had a meal at a restaurant in Britain and it was hands down the best experience I had during my visit! The staff was not only incredibly friendly but also beautiful. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.
