Went to Buff 's to celebrate my son 's 21st birthday. In the past we have loved Buff 's, it 's always a treat to go there love the wings. This time, not so much. Told the waitress it was my son 't b 'day as she carded him for his 1st legal beer, she didnt evensmile or say 'Happy Birthday '..that started the bad time out.
