We had a ground floor room with ensuite walk-in shower. Tea, coffee and biscuits were replenished daily and there was a hairdryer and tv in the room. The bed was a bit hard for us on our first night there, but on request, housekeeping very quickly supplied a soft mattress topper and additional pillows.
