Was traveling for work and stumbled onto this authentic butcher shop. Was searching for a sandwich, but they didn't have that. The proprietor felt bad that he didn't have what I was looking for and gave me a sample of their home made jerky. OMG!! So good!! Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely stop in to buy more.
