guru is a jewel. they have many vegan options, even if they have buffet lunches. Note that her simple naan (without butter) is vegan! Guru makes it easy to eat Indian food and be vegan. The menu is very well marked with vegan options, and they have some choices. The staff is also about what is vegan and what is not. Some of my favorites are the Samosa, Samosa-Chaat, herbal Jalfrezi and the Roti. read more.
