Burger Inc - Newtown (Greater Geelong)

Solid place for some burger and chips. Simple set up with a few spots to sear. Overall good stop for lunch.

We wanted a quick bite to eat and this did the trick. Their sweet potato fries are yummy! Hubby really enjoyed his burger and my friend chicken sandwich was really good.

Delicious burgers however a little pricey which will stop us going on a regular basis which is a pity. Gluten free is provided if you need it. Staff are friendly, nice decor.

I am extremely dismayed by the experience I had at Burgers Inc. and will not be returning. I am a regular customer because I love their gluten-free buns. However, tonight I ordered a gluten-free burger only to discover when I got home that it was not on a bun, but on two slices of bread. When I called to inquire about this, the staff explained that they had run out of buns and had to substitute bread instead. I expressed my disappointment and requested a different option, but was told they could only make it on a regular bun, not a gluten-free one. When I asked for a refund or a voucher, they refused, claiming it was my fault for ordering the gluten-free burger. I insisted on speaking to the manager, but was told she was too busy and the staff member on the phone was dismissive. I am deeply dissatisfied with Burgers Inc. and will not be returning. I am open to resolving this issue directly with them if they are willing to make things right.

Actually better than Kentucky chicken delicious meal and clean excellent service fast and quality service I recommend every one very clean friendly place
