I've heard mixed reviews about Jacks and finally had the time to go for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. There was only a handful of people, luckily wasn't very packed and food came quickly(which is good cause I'm hungry). Located along a slip road to Newtown, Jack's can be pretty busy during weekends. You can find the menu at the blackboard on the side of the restaurant. The burger was plain average and the patty was dry. If you were craving for burgers, you might just want to walk across to Marlborough Hotel. Their burgers are better in my opinion. read more.
