Amazing 'noma ' inspired dinner. Only one seating per night. Fixed tasting menu. Everything sourced locally (if possible) and freshly made. Very creative dishes. Loved the raw scallops with green almonds. Seat is at two large communal tables. Dinner takes about three hours. Service was friendly a d quick. Highly recommended. Thanks for a great experience.
