Had the kids and grand kids over the other night and decided to do Chinese take out. Glad we chose Lee's. Although some of our orders were not exactly what we ordered, (did not get Kung Poa but something with cashews, celery and chicken), it was tasty and we received generous portions. Will order from here again in future. View all feedback.
What Tom V doesn't like about Lee's Restaurant & Tavern:
Thought we would try this place for take out since our favorite Chinese is in Chippewa and this was closer. What a mistake. The lemon chicken was beyond awful. It was dried out and not crispy. The lemon sauce was like nothing I have ever seen. It looked like jello with a similar consistency. Everything else was mediocre except for the egg rolls which were OK.. Take out
Wow just had 2 plate fulls. Amazing. Also with one of my hot peppers. Great flavour topped off with some Richard's Red .
Sweet and Sour Dough Balls
S&S chicken balls were 70-80% dough. Honey garlic spare ribs were chewy and tasteless. Chicken chow mein and egg rolls were average. Not recommended.
