Contribute FeedbackDespite high expectations of fresh and hot food, McDonald's fell short for several customers. Issues ranged from lukewarm burgers and fries, to messy tables and long waits. The new ticketing system caused frustration, while failures in customer service led to incomplete orders. Many felt that the quality of service was lacking and that the staff were unprepared to handle the volume of customers. It seems that recent changes have not been beneficial, with some customers choosing to take their business elsewhere due to ongoing issues such as long wait times and menu changes.
