What User likes about Phong's Court:
This little restaurant is off the beaten path, tucked in the back of a small parking lot, but the food is spectacular. The Scallops served on a hot iron plate sizzles as it arrives. The are cooked to perfection. My other favorite dish here is the Lemon Chicken. They serve fresh hot, well cooked Asian fare. Spicy Szechwan, as mild or as hot as you like.
