What User doesn't like about Starbuck's:
The worst service ever. While chatting to my sister as we waited eleventy billion years, I asked her why Starbucks is so popular and a server (hesitate to elevate them to 'barista') actually butted in and said "Our professional service." Really?! *THAT* was professional?! I felt sorry for the children in front of us who just seemed to be ignored and were still waiting despite having been waiting before us for ages lo... I went to this Starbucks in the hotel lobby on a Sunday morning. There was no lineup and the staff was very friendly. The coffee I ordered was hot and fresh.
