So we found Syndicate on Yelp and it had a 4 star rating. Most of the comments were positive and the photos looked pretty good. Our food was underwhelming to say the least, the pan seared lake perch was not seasoned at all and had no texture, my wife had the Strawberry Chicken Salad and it too was flavorless. Loooved this place! Came for a holiday dinner with my mum and we were looking at this place and Johnny Rocco next door wondering which to go into.

"Without a doubt one of the best meals you have. Every time a dish came out I thought “this is the best dish”. Not a single disappointment. My personal favorites were the geoduck with wild rice crisp, the celery root and the quince tart. But choosing favorites was next to impossible. The meal was constructed perfectly from start to finish. The whole experience from the land/property to the staff and restaurant itself. With all the high class “top 100” and/or Michelin restaurants I’ve been to its easy to blend in sometimes. Not Pearl Morissette. They stood out amongst the best of the best. I will be back."
