My wife, friends and I took a day trip from Detroit to Niagara Falls and wanted to have lunch at The Keg Falls View. Erin, the Guest Services Manager at The Keg returned my email request for a good view of the falls for our 2:30 pm lunch reservation. My girlfriend and I were having a late lunch and chose to sit near the door of the bar area. My friend ordered a small carafe of win and I had a coffee. We wait, waited, waited and waited until I finally mentioned the time to the waitress. In no time, the manager came to the table and said they overcooked her steak and were cooking another.
