This is not a dedicated gluten-free bakery, but they have 2 gluten-free cakes I order for my wedding in Niagara on the lake. I have Celiac disease but at the less sensitive end of the spectrum, so I decided that the risk for my wedding day was acceptable (as there were no other options in the area at the time.
