I stopped by Chez Julie for a drink by coincidence because it was close to my hotel and I ended up leaving after probably more then 5 drinks : and very nice conversations with Julie and her customer-friends; Julie is extremely friendly, speaks good English, so it's not by chance that her customers return every week.
