This place has a high and well deserved reputation for local produce carefully chosen and well prepared to make the best of what's available on any given day. It's fully booked every evening. Sardines were tasty, beef stew was salty just meat chunks with small (and I mean small) slivers of carrot, and dumpling. Wine is of the choice red, white, rosé. No wine list and no info offered on house wine. Red was okay,...white okay, rosé like vinegar. Impatient and perfunctory wait staff made this a disappointing meal.
