The sign outside said new management and it seems not for the better. I came here looking for a good steak tartare and they serverd it with ketchup mixed in. I think that is enough said, one of the more horrible experiences i've had dining, at least in this pricerange. Staff was very nice so ill give it a 2, but the food was less than a 1. read more.
