"This is my first visit, but I've heard great things from my daughter. I enjoy the room and the tables outside next to the park. The different areas and length of the shop complement the cool factors of this place. There are some unique things they offer here to highlight even more. Italian soda Several real food for lunch A wide selection of baked goods as breakfast or treats. It took a bit to make my order because of a line with just one drinks and a food, but everything was worth waiting."

"This place has a decent ambiance, decent service, and pretty good food. I probably could give it a 3.5 overall. The taco salad steak fajitas is what I had and it was more like a full meal than any salad I?ve ever eaten. But the taste was excellent. Are there 2X this week but probably will try something else next meal out."

"Not going back. Our first time there. We ordered at drive thru, they asked us to repeat our order several times then when we pulled up to the window the kid had no idea what our order was and we had to give it again. Kids weren't wearing gloves while scooping ice cream or handing us our cones. The cake batter ice cream is gummy and chewy, not like good ice cream. Not coming back."

"The brisket was delicious as always, but the chips were missing when my order was delivered. I called Firehouse, and the woman I apologized and said it was her fault not to put her in the pocket. She was very nice about it and took responsibility that is rare nowadays. I said I would pick her up and she had a bag with the chips and Rice Krispie treats and a cookie prepared for the kids. I thought that was a good customer service. Errors happen, but how to fix them makes such a difference!"
