"The food is great 90% of the time. Sometimes the pizza looks like it was poorly put together the wings are overdone. Like whoever was making it just rushed to get it done. But….That’s not why I gave 4 stars.I’ve been a customer for 4 years now since I moved to the area. I honestly do love the food. The customer service needs improvement! Almost every time I call I get put on hold before I can utter a single syllable. Minutes minutes pass. I understand it gets busy but that is not a valid reason to keep a customer on hold for 5 or more minutes. One time while I was on hold waiting I thought they were ready to take my order but it was someone else they were talking to. I said “HELLO?” because I thought someone forgot I was waiting on the line. The response I got back was a quick “PLEASE HOLD”. Honestly that really upset me! It is so rude unprofessional. I don’t care if it’s just a pizza joint. You do not talk to someone like that! Especially a PAYING CUSTOMER! I hung the phone up and ordered from somewhere else. This is not the first time something like this has happened. All I’m saying is that if something isn’t done about the customer service ….you will lose customers. I don’t think I will be calling back anytime soon unless this is taken care of."

"Ordered Lg pie well done. Turned out well done on top. Bottom was just done. I don't understand this 12 slices deal with places up here. I'm from Long Island. Land of 8 slice pizza. Also had 6 wings mild which were cooked good. Blue cheese was cheap and thin. Sorry Coach not returning. Wont deliver past 10 miles. No even with the offer of more money."

"From the moment we entered the moment we left, we got the best experience. I started with the holiday special drink sugar cookie and that was absolutely delicious. Sweet to perfection. When we have an order from Kichi-Fries. From this world! It's a must! My burger was flip-flop and it has pesto on one side and BBQ with bacon. Just delicious! My friend had the gyro and he said he really enjoys it. The only thing we didn't care about was the guacamole. There was a lack of taste and tomatoes. I can't wait to come back and bring my family. Oh also from the water was filled when it was empty, and it was a busy evening. I would recommend that you make an RSVP for more than 3 people."
