"We were there to the Old Town Festival and we were placed on the table exactly a splashed menu for 4 people. This was not quite understandable, so we had to ask a little what exactly we can get now. We were told we can only order the dishes of the short card. We did this too, because we wanted to eat something. The ordered mini-burger, was really mini and the pommes with pulled pork swams in a juice of meat (origin evtl. Condensed water from the microwave...? what made the pomegranate and unappetic. Shortly after us came a pair that ordered from the normal menu and also received the dishes in original size. Guys, what's that? We were amazed. Two-class society? We talked about the operation again and said that we had made such a portion... our humor did not arrive and only led to an armpit. I call that service! For me it was the first and last time. I don't have to let myself be sewn. We received no explanation for the unequal treatment, so that for me this shop is no longer available. Bad food, bad service, thank you, I don't need it. A statement about the local thing might have made us understand, but that's just not how it is. There's plenty of air up there...."

"By chance we came to the Old School in Mardorf and have eaten there at noon. The old school is furnished with a lot of attention to detail (dintenfaß on the table, tables, school books) and very cozy. It invites you to linger and makes memories of your own school. In addition, the food is really high quality, very tasty, extensive and really leaves nothing to be desired. The next time at the Steinhuder Meer we don't land there by chance, but drive in a targeted manner. Very happy again!"

"With one word: perfect! My wife and I were allowed to celebrate our wedding here three weeks ago and were (and are of course still) enthusiastic. Starting with the first contact, about the preparations, the actual celebration and the reunion, it has just been all right. The contact with Iwona and Frank was fair and friendly from the outset, we met the location and learn what Schulz can offer. Feelings can make everything possible. And the location is the madness and, in my humble opinion, the most beautiful thing the Hanover region has to offer for such events. The event hall: high ceilings, chandeliers, parquet flooring, stylish furnishings, beautiful details, you will find something to dazzle in every corner. And also the new garden hall where our reception took place is absolutely worth seeing with its huge window front towards the garden and the modern technical style. Our guests were thrilled. The preparations were absolutely stress-free here. The Schulz team went on to our Wüsche, but of course also makes its own suggestions and thus lets its long experience flow. Short-term amendments were also not a problem. What came out was a perfect mix of beautiful decoration (some pictures can be found here) and perfect organization. The celebration was a dream and I always say that I would like to experience the day again, without the (although usual) tension of a groom. It was all prepared according to our ideas, the guests have strayed, the process ran smoothly, my wife and I were treated like kings, the food was fantastic, the service was great and we were just happy. The imitation was then only formal, it was cleared in advance. Dear Iwona, dear Frank, dear Schulz team, thank you again! You have also helped us never forget this day. Bye, thank you. Malin Micha"
