Beautiful vegan chocolate, many other vegan options! Great!
On the menu there is a handful of vegan options: tapas as a entree, spaghetti bolognaise, vegan burger, seasonal salad and a monthly vegan special (this month, a penne with vegs and portobello and cream sauce.) one of the few places in the wide range with vegan options. we had the tapas plate that was olive, hummus, some red/tomato dips, dried tomatoes, guac and cherry tomatoes with grilled bread/toast. as the main penne and seasonal salate. the penne was okay, soße could season a little more. the salate with mother-of-pearl couscous contained a lot of raw cole that I don't like, and also several vegs were not fresh, but canned (e.g. haricots.) would like to have some nuts and seeds to make it more diverse. €61 for tapas, penne and salat and two alcohol-free drinks each. (so on the more expensive side) later on the afternoon we went back to the vegan chocolate mousse and coffee (there is also vegan sorbet.) beautiful location, very spacious place, with magnificent view of the hills outside of dranouter. also large outside seats (although along the road/road). very friendly service. barrier-free wc (some seats in the resto are at an elevated level.)
There are several vegan options on the menu at this restaurant, including tapas for an appetizer, spaghetti Bolognese, a vegan burger, a seasonal salad, and a monthly vegan special (this month, penne with vegetables and Portobello mushroom cream sauce). This restaurant is one of the few places in the area that offers vegan dishes. We enjoyed the tapas plate, which included olives, hummus, red tomato dips, dried tomatoes, guacamole, and cherry tomatoes served with grilled bread. For our main course, we had the penne and seasonal salad. The penne was decent, but the sauce could have had more flavor. The salad, made with mother of pearl couscous, had too much raw cabbage for my liking and some of the vegetables seemed canned rather than fresh (such as haricots verts). I would have liked to see more nuts and seeds to add diversity to the salad. The total cost for the tapas, penne, salad, and two soft drinks each was €61, which is on the pricier side. In the afternoon, we returned to try the vegan chocolate mousse and coffee (they also offer vegan sorbet). The restaurant is located in a beautiful setting with stunning views of the hills outside of Dranouter. There are ample outdoor seating options, although they are located along the road. The service was very friendly and the restaurant has an accessible toilet, although some seating areas are elevated.
Delicious vegan options and glorious atmosphere. And if you're happy, you can also enjoy a glorious concert in the concert room next door.
