This is the hands down the best Mexican restaurant I was in Japan. They won't be disappointed. I recommend every big burrito because they are delicious. For the desert, get rice pudding, and the Jamaican drink is good. The owners are very nice and always enjoy chatting in Spanish or Japanese. View all feedback.

"Beautiful views of the city and beyond. Be warned that if you go at night the lights are a bit bright so they reflect off the glass into your camera if you take a picture. At least when I went there was some private event preventing the north east side from being viewed. The rest of the view was still very nice. Also be sure to visit the toilets as the east view is visible from there!"
