"Beautiful views of the city and beyond. Be warned that if you go at night the lights are a bit bright so they reflect off the glass into your camera if you take a picture. At least when I went there was some private event preventing the north east side from being viewed. The rest of the view was still very nice. Also be sure to visit the toilets as the east view is visible from there!"

"Very nice spacious dinning room with yoga classes on the upper floor and small business on the ground floor. Large, vegetarian fresh and clean Indian flavors with traditional and fusion of Indian Japanese, for example the inari rolls, also mung bean sprouts for salads. Large chai, fresh nan and/or chapatis, several selection of curries. Various decisions frequently. Friendly staff speaks English. Accepted credit cards. Great mood. Great location near the Japanese sea, a wooded park and an old temple. Experience a trip to Niigata!"
