What Bas Aries doesn't like about Brasserie Le Duc:
We had to wait a very long time for our hot meat sandwich, but unfortunately the wait was not rewarded... what a poorly put together, tough and mealy sandwich, peanut sauce that was supposed to be home-made but was just a greasy, salty mess... preparation in the kitchen without gloves and when we complained about the above, we were told that from now on we would have to eat elsewhere. The brasserie is nice and the staff friendly. I thought my bouncer was mediocre; thin slice of cheese and ham and little raw vegetables without egg or tomato or cucumber.
