I enjoyed eating the seafood we ordered particularly the diwal and squid. First time I 've eaten diwal and it was so good. The scallops were not that meaty though. The food is reasonably priced, and the service was great. View all feedback.
What Ravisiva doesn't like about Lamesa Grill:
I love tinapa, so all the more disappointed with Mesa's Tinapa Roll. The wrapper is too thick; too few tinapa and salted egg pieces; full of onions. Bad execution! View all feedback.

One of the best way to bond with the family is to dine in a favorite restaurant, especially if a member is celebrating a birthday. A few months back (yes another late post), we went to Mesa Restaurant’s SM Pampanga branch to celebrate our li’l sis’ birthday. Meet the squad. Fantastic place! The food is cheap and there are many different types of dishes shrimp, crab, pork, beef, fish, etc. the place is almost always full. It makes sense why though. The salted egg white shrimp was okay but the shrimp didn’t taste too fresh. I wish the service would be a little faster and there are more vegetable options. The protein was awesome but the veggies were lacking.
I still had a Php 200 voucher and a discount coupon. So I settled here for dinner and had one significantly sized order of Nilaga just for myself. The beef chunks were tender. My complaint here was the lacked seasoning on the broth. So I requested for side fish sauce, calamansi and chili pepper combination. If only I had someone else with me, I would have gotten another dish or two. Maybe the Laing in Two Ways or the classic Chicken Pork Adobo.
Filipinos are admittedly “foodies” in nature. We love cooking, we love trying out unusual dishes, we eat out and get inspirations from different foreign cuisines we love. In fact, people from around the world are starting to fall in love with our Pinoy food favorites as well. How cool is that?
