This branch does not impose SC so I'm giving them the perfect 5. Ramen Kuroda ranks 2nd best ramen place for me tastewise. It is 1st for affordability. Food quality and taste are not sacrificed despite the low price compared to its competitors. Broth is flavorful and is a perfect comfort food. View all feedback.
