Probably the best if not the cheapest dining experience in Manila. The menu with wine pairing is remarkable and changes on a regular base. If you can afford it it is worth trying.
Enjoyed a great Spanish wine along with seafood and lamb at a very boutique spot in Makati. Perfect for date night, and quiet enough for private conversation. The staff was very helpful and the dishes were enjoyable and plated nicely. I will return soon!

Wine pairing menu is a must. Food consistent through my many visits. Special mention to their service, it never felt too rushed to make you puke nor too slow to make you yawn.
Sala is one of my favorite restaurants to go to in Manila. I love ordering the tasting menu with the wine pairing. The tasting menu changes every so often which keeps it interesting. The ambiance is romantic and intimate and the food is excellent!
