"Tonight was the first time we have ever had such horrible service here. I was so disappointed. When we were there it wasn't busy, our server took 10 min to take our order, after we got the food she didn't check on us and we sat for 15 min after we were finished for her to even come check on us. I was an am so disappointed. Or server is great at bartending, but not so much as a server."

I liked to go to the main street, but the last time I went there, the crust was really understated and it was almost like eating dough and since then I have not returned. "Have not had Long John Silver's in years, but finally decided to try this place out. Service was pretty good overall, but we did not get all of the food we ordered. It is also very hard to understand the person at the drive through because they either speak too fast or the speaker needs replaced. I would consider going again in the future, but disappointed my order was wrong and we only order one meal."
