If you live in the state of Illinois chances are you know and you tried Portillo's before so for those who don't, you need to go to one of their 67 locations and I have to say some of these locations are not only in Illinois. My salad was not fresh (wilted lettuce). But as soon at I gave that feedback they immediately fixed it and had great customer service.
