I worked here for a summer and saw how the food was prepared. Believe me; Ross and Carol are great. They try to make everything fresh, tasty and explosive. A big thing is the kitchen is EXTREMELY clean. Working in other restaurants I would see where the food was prepared and it was disgusting. Roscos Pizza is proud of what they do!
