my wife and I took our two grandchildren (12 13) to pier 21 for a dress at night on our japan trip. Description indicated varied menu including selection of seafood. a la crate menu had only 3 choices pasta, bark steak and hamburger steak. bark steak was terrible. pasta was not good. one of the grandchildren ordered hamburger steak who never arrived. when he asked the waiting staff after some delay, he gave the kitch...
