Manoa Marketplace is Charming and away from crowds and so the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf up there is small but has some nice outdoor seating. Coffee Bean has gone downhill in general over the past few years but this one is the worst. I’ve had many bad experiences and stopped coming here for years….it’s 9am and I came in for a light roast. They didn’t have any and didn’t want to make any. They said it’s too expensive. They also charge you so much more for everything and for things like a cup of water. This place is a joke.
