Best sushi in the front range (tied with AOI in my book), however the laid back atmosphere and prices make it easier to enjoy more regularly. Having spent time in Japan, this is the closest in quality and preparation I’ve found in the front range. I will keep returning. Hats off to Chef Tsukasa and his amazing work! View all feedback.
What AJ doesn't like about Sachi Sushi:
Decent sushi and sashimi. The sushi pieces were very thin, more like 5/8” rather than 1” wide. Waitress was nice but forgot to bring the soup and salad until after I got my entree. View all feedback.
Sachi Sushi is the best hidden gem of Niwot. Unassuming tucked away in the back of a market/deli, but this is the real deal. Chef taught most of the sushi chefs of Boulder how to make rice decades ago, and now we are lucky enough that he wants to relax and make sushi in a tiny pocket of Niwot. Don’t miss ramen on Sundays!!!
Recently, I have been going to this store often. The manager is very kind and easy to talk to. The food is delicious and cheap as well as the service. If you like sushi and ramen, please come to this restaurant.
Surprisingly good sushi/sashimi and salmon. The soups are also great. Kind owners.
This hidden gem is some of the most authentic Japanese food you can find. Ramen is only on Sundays though.
Second try for Sunday Ramen at the local sushi place. Not bad at all rich flavorful soy based tonkotsu broth. Noodles a bit too soft for my liking but at least not mushy. Also would have preferred the egg yolk a bit more runny. Extra point for addition of red pickled gingers. Would come back.
