Arby's - Nixa

Love, love this arby! the customer service is phenomenal! they go the extra mile to put a smile on your face. I've been visiting this location for 5 years. customer service and food quality are consistently great. drive them thru waiting times are very low and workers have always made sure that I have any supplements like sauces, serviettes etc. I have tried other Springfield sites and they have very little the quality of the Nixa site.

I was in many arby’s restaurants all over the country and like to eat. that was the most beautiful thing I've ever been! the food was served cold, and there were dead rats clearly visible on the dining room floor. also tables were covered with food and shattered! take the mask from their employees so they can breathe and actually work to their best potential!

There are 2 female servers that have worked the running gear thru one night and they have made my experience in this arby exceptional enough to write this review. I wish I knew their names because they deserve totally recognition. great service and great food! I'm back!

The crinkle cut fries are amazing! They were fresh and the customer service has ALWAYS been incredible

Staff was great and excellent customer service. Food was tasty and looked delicious! I will travel to this location for sure. Restaurant was clean and inviting. My hometown location could learn a lot from the Nixa location.
