Visited this Brahms in Springfield Missouri. After a long day of visiting Silverdollar city, we stopped down for dinner, with about 18 in our party. Everyone enjoyed their food, and most of us enjoyed our ice cream treats for dessert. I had a cheeseburger meal, and a brownie sundae for dessert. There are great ice cream choices here. I’m no Karen but this was the worst experience ever. There is maybe 100 employees but 50 brains total. Bunch of kids who could care less about customer service. Ice cream sucks and melts before you walk out the door. View all feedback.
