What User likes about Tiffani:
Premium class bar and restaurant with very beautiful view. However, the full view to the river is closed by the surrounding trees but nevertheless it is worthy to spend some time during the day and enjoy the green nature. Service is also amazing but the only thing that I didn't like it about this place was the prices, water was listed for 200 rubles in the menu which too much for a single bottle of water. View all feedback.

Bad service from waitress. Not good place for foreigners. To my people from Colombia America. Don’t come here. You’ll leave the place dissatisfied.

"Not a bad place for a Russian-style fastfood which is not really fast, in fact, last time I visited we spent at least 20 min standing in the queue at the counter, they seem to be really short of staff, one and the same person was there to take the orders, make the payment, serve the pies and tea and then clean the tables, we might have fallen on a bad day but the it was something really annoying... then, as to tea, don`t expect more than basic teabags the kind you get on a Russian train, with a bit more effort they could do better, with the great location they have in Minin square. Pies were fine though, i`d say a bit expensive..."
