This place is surprisingly large when you walk in. My family had dinner here and all the food was wonderful. The server was very attentive and was patient taking our order (as some in our party kept changing their mind). Though it is a sports bar, it's a nice family restaurant when not busy and no big games on tv. I do like to come here to watch the Steelers during NFL season. What Junavy F doesn't like about Aj Gators Sports Grill:
A sports bar through and through! I went here for Cinco de Mayo and had some mixed feelings about it. Big pro: house margs we 're only $5 a pop. Con: we ordered the special for the day (steak fajitas) and I was really disappointed. The steak was fry, the servings were barely enough for two tacos, and the lettuce/tomato combo that came with it was a sad excuse for pico de gallo. I understand that 's what I get for Mex... Good food- fun sports bar. We had the crab dip, burger and salad. Drinks were perfect. I only took a photo if the crab dip as it came with chips and bread.
I'm in love with this restaurant! It's a nice, local hangout where I can sit and have a few drinks and something good to eat. Billy, the waiter I always seem to get, is amazing! He's always attentive and on point. It's typical burgers, wings and the like here and they never disappoint. Yummy wings and a big, fresh salad are the perfect things to chill with!
Cool place to sit and watch a game and have some drinks, but I wouldn't recommend the food. First time I had hair in my food, second time there was something hard (plastic or bones) in my chicken cheesesteak, and there won't be a third.

I understand that 's what I get for Mexican food in a sports bar but I didn 't think it 'd be that bad. I 'm thinking the actual bar food menu is a tad bit better, but it 'll be a while before I give this place another try.
