Went in late at night to pick up a DoorDash order and had some excellent service, hope I got bro name right I think it was Jay, one of the servers I assume, real chill guy. If my wife and I were to come in to sit down and eat we’d definitely want him to be the server for our table. If you fill your staff with people like him, there’s no way your team can fail ?️? What Ju B doesn't like about Ihop:
this was just NOT my day or my servers day at this location. from the kitchen being out of almost everything I wanted, to the woman who kept hitting her child behind us, to my server almost being in tears from being overworked- this was the most depressing time I've had out in a while. tables go uncleared for up to an hour here and the kitchen is in shambles.
