What Erb Greg doesn't like about Steak 'n Shake:
Waited 20 minutes for my basic standard order of a dbl cheese w/fries. After finally getting my order I asked for a fresh Root Beer. The server insisted on handing me a drink that was sitting on the counter. I asked again for a fresh drink and she said no this is the freshest Im going to get. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. This location at the Webb center needs attention and better customer service View all feedback.
