Nice little coffee shop on the corner of Elkhorn Avenue and Surfers Paradise Boulevard. Not a lot of seating inside and none outside. But that is part of the location, not much can be done about that. I can also understand some of the bad reviews, but I also know that it can be extremely tough on small businesses when there are very few tourists around My experience here was very good.
