Great upgrades. The children are thrilled with the new playground. The electronic order is really funny. Very cool to go to a fast food restaurant and bring someone to the table. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Orders are wrong half of the time, minimum effort from employees to help you with your order. Burgers come in sloppy mostly not even stacked properly showing lack of effort overall. Fries are good and it's mostly clean. Needs better customer service. View all feedback.
Very crowded location, only 3 of the touch screen menus were on, the bathroom was clean enough but the food was ready quickly and was tasty
The wait time for our food to come out was approximately 20 minutes. Our food order was 2 Happy Meals and one Frappe, no reason for it to take that long.
Your average McDonald's I guess. Service was good tho a little messy, they take your food to the table but forgot or drinks, had to go ask for it which defeats the purpose of them bringing it to you in the first place. It's nice to have the option of ordering digitally.
Me wife stopped at this McDonald's to eat breakfast, noticed alot of people standing in line at self orders ! No order takers at the counter, no register ! Well we don't work for sorry McDonald's ! We left ! Never to return ! Just like sorry Walmart ! They want us to do there work ! Pay less employees !
Worse service, customer is not important here, and worse if you aré inside the store, you can complaint but they do nothing at all to get customer happy, angry employees, worse management, missing items a lot, half cup of coffee, no sugar, more that 30 min to get orders, cold food, missing items
