"Wanted to try Burmese cuisine for so long and I wasn't dissapointed. Wa potatoes was really good, I forgot the name but there was one fried rice dish with chestnut, tofu which was recommended by the staff and it was really good, authentic south east asian flavour. "Didn't liked it. Went with my friends for 630/ each person. Reservation was done from nearbuy app for 3 people. Mine was veg so the veg starters were not good at all and especially the chaap in veg starter and also the chilly potato were very much unsavoury. The pineapple were good though which were wrapped in butter and grilled slightly was the best thing I had in starter. Also they don't provide refreshment drink like mojito etc. in the package. The dessert was even more awful as the gulabjamun were very hard to chew usually they are very soft inside and when you put it into your mouth you even don't have to chew it but it was hard from inside also the pastries that were in the dessert were not tasty just simple and sober pastries that you get in 10/ were there. Also my friends said that the chicken tikka that they got had a smell in it. Don't recommend The Ancient barbeque at all else upto you.:"
