"Frankly, I don't understand. It's the second time I tried to order a pizza here, because the first time they were overwhelmed and it was time to wait an hour. Okay, no worries. I figured I'd try another time. Today I went around 17:40 because the doors of the restaurant were open and I wanted to order a pizza for later to not wait for them to be overwhelmed. I think it's the boss (who prepares pizzas also who told me that it was necessary to come at 6:00 pm. So I went back at 6:00, but I saw that there was a sign that marked that they were closed. I read that apparently they open at 7 pm, officially. I called a few minutes after 7:00 to see if I could order but no one pushed back so I figured I had to go straight to the restaurant. When I came in to pass the order, there was a young man who seemed to be ready to take my order when the boss (the person who told me to go back to 6:00 p.m.--I don't understand why if they were supposed to be closed--- said I can't until 9:00 p.m., without looking at me or at least notice that I was there before and that he said it had to go later. I don't understand because the restaurant just opened. Mr., if you don't want to serve me, no worries, but be clearer. Or if you don't want to serve customers who take a trip, say it.
