"I ordered Kingfish sashimi. It was served at room temperature. It should have been chilled. Also the construction of the dish meant the tastes did not blend. A very poor presentation. The main course also was very poorly constructed with competing rather than blending tastes. Whoever is designing the dishes needs to be replaced. Perhaps even a new chief if the quality of the food is to be of value."
